2013 Winter KU-Asian Leaders Program was Successful Closed
On January 24 morning, 63 students from Konkuk University in Korea attended the graduation ceremony in the International Cultural ExchangeSchool. Sun Bing, the dean of ICES, vice dean Yang Hong and teachers attended and gave awards to excellent students.

Opening Ceremony
This short term language program took place over 5 weeks. Students have intensive Chinese language course every day. In order to let students deeply know about Chinese culture, ICES also offered some cultural courses like Chinese PaperCutting, Seal Cutting, and Chinese Knot etc. Students also have some short trips to historical sights at weekends.

Cutural Courses
For most of the Koreanstudents, this is their first trip to China and most of them could speak only some simple Chinese in the very beginning. But by the end of the program they are able to make a performance in Chinese in the graduation ceremony. Many of them said they fell in love with shanghai and hope they can study in SUFE in the future.

Sighteeing Tour around Shanghai
Konkuk University was found in 1946. KU is a famous private university in Korea and cooperates with SUFE for many years. KU sends lots of their students to study Chinese at SUFE in each summer and winter breaks.
