Overview

This course offers interactive lectures and case-study workshops to develop students’ ability to interpret, critically analyze, reason and deliver practical solutions to legal problems so that they become an articulate communicator, and confident in their understanding of legal principles and their relevance to business and community. It also develops the students’ critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to act ethically, and sense of community and professional responsibility.


Degree requirements


Students need to obtain 154.5 credits in total, of which 129.5 for in-class courses and 25 for extra-curriculum activity & service, IT qualification test,  internship and thesis.
