2023秋季新生入学指南：宿舍安排及入住说明
重要提示 Important:
1. 2023年秋季学期入学的新生，如选择入住校内宿舍，无需提前预订，宿舍开放后前往宿舍办理入住手续即可。
For the 2023 fall entry students, if you choose to live in the on-campus dormitory, there is no need to book a room in advance. You can check in at the dormitory after 8:00 AM, August 30, 2023 and find out which room you are allocated to.
2. 学校宿舍将于8月30日上午8:00开放，在此之前抵达的学生应自行安排住宿。
The dormitory will be open from 8:00 AM, August 30, 2023. Students who arrive before this time should make arrangements for off-campus accommodation at their own expense.
3. 校内宿舍仅供学生使用，家长或陪同人员需自行安排住宿。
Parents and/or accompanying persons arriving together with the student during/before/after the official arrival dates are responsible for making arrangements for their accommodation at their own expense. Parents or accompanying persons are not allowed to stay in any of rooms provided to the students by SUFE.
住宿安排 Where to stay
硕士研究生、博士研究生、交换生入住 三门路留学生公寓（地址：上海市宝山区三门路409号，距离主校区步行约15分钟）。
Master’s degree students, doctoral degree students, and exchange students will be accommodated at Sanmen Road International Student Dormitory (Address: No. 409 Sanmen Road, Baoshan District, Shanghai) which is 15-minute walk from the main campus.
本科、语言生、进修生、预科生入住 中山北一路校区留学生8号楼公寓（地址：上海市虹口区中山北一路369号，乘坐地铁3号线2站即可到主校区附近）。
Those accepted into the undergraduate, Chinese language, visiting scholar, pre-college program will be accommodated at International Student Dormitory No. 8 (Address: No. 369 Zhongshan Beiyi Road, Hongkou District, Shanghai) which is 2 stops from the main campus by Metro Line 3.
费用说明 Fees
住宿费于入住后内向宿舍支付。获得中国政府奖学金-全额奖学金、国际中文教师奖学金、上海市政府奖学金-全额奖学金的学生免交住宿费。
Accommodation fees should be paid to the dormitory after checking in at the dorm. Students who have been granted with the Chinese Government Scholarship (full scholarship), International Chinese Teacher Scholarship, and Shanghai Government Scholarship (full scholarship) are exempt from paying accommodation fees.
宿舍的其他费用包括住宿押金、电费、洗衣及干衣费用。
Extra Charges include deposit for accommodation, electricity, laundry.
