关于留学生宿舍留置行李处理的通知

各位同学：

因受新冠肺炎疫情影响，部分留学生无法返校，毕结业后未办理退宿手续，个人行李物品至今留存在校。学校一直尽力保障留置行李物品的存放与安全，在此期间多次通过邮件、微信、电话等方式联系相关学生，截至目前仍有部分同学未予回复。根据《上海财经大学学生宿舍管理办法》和《上海财经大学留学生公寓住宿协议》相关规定，考虑存放空间资源有限、消防存在安全隐患及物品长期放置受损等因素，现学校启动留学生宿舍留置行李物品清理工作。

请以下仍在校存放行李物品的同学在2025年6月20日前由本人或委托他人或委托具有资质的搬家公司等方式完成退宿和提取行李物品等手续。通过学院网站、微信公众号及邮件等公示告知后，逾期未办理，学校将滞留行李物品视为无主物品，统一予以处理。感谢您的理解与配合。

Notice on the handling of luggage retention in the dormitory for international students

Due to the impact of COVID-19, some international students were unable to return to campus and have not completed check-out procedures after graduation. Their personal belongings remain on campus. The university has been making every effort to ensure the storage and safety of these items. During this period, we have repeatedly contacted the relevant students via email, WeChat, and phone, but as of now, some students have yet to respond. According to the "Shanghai University of Finance and Economics Student Dormitory Management Measures" and the "Shanghai University of Finance and Economics International Student Apartment Accommodation Agreement," considering the limited storage space, fire safety risks, and potential damage from long-term placement, the school is now initiating the clearance of retained luggage in the international student dormitories.

Please have the following students who still store luggage on campus complete their check-out and retrieve their belongings by June 20,2025, either personally, through a proxy, or by entrusting a qualified logistics company. After public notice through the college website, WeChat official account, and email, if the procedures are not completed within the specified period, the school will treat the unclaimed luggage as lost property and handle it uniformly.
